Mechanical Foam (AFFF) Fire Extinguishers are highly effective firefighting tools designed to combat Class A (combustible materials) and Class B (flammable liquids) fires. They use an aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) to quickly suppress fires by creating a barrier over the surface of the burning material, preventing the release of flammable vapors and cutting off the fire’s oxygen supply. These extinguishers are particularly effective in environments where liquid fires may occur, such as fuel stations, industrial plants, and laboratories.
